1. Engagement & Deliverables
PageCraft Technologies provides professional web development, domain and hosting, digital marketing, and branding services governed by mutually agreed scope documents and project proposals.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full contract payment, all custom graphic assets, brand guidelines, and unique website source code created for the client become the exclusive property of the client.
3. Payment & Milestone Schedules
Project fees are structured in milestone installments as detailed in the accepted proposal. Ongoing digital marketing and maintenance retainers are invoiced on a recurring monthly cycle.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Pakistan, with primary jurisdiction in Lahore.
